If you’re not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for any reason up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
We also offer a lifetime warranty on all items, so if you believe there is a quality issue with your item, we will provide you with a replacement at our expense.
We never charge any re-stocking fees or penalties for returns; all domestic return shipping is free.
Exchanges
We offer unconditional exchanges for any reason for all items returned in salable condition. Items are considered to be in salable condition if they do not show signs of use or damage that prevent us from selling them as new.
Ring Size Exchanges
We want you to be comfortable and delighted with your ring purchase and we know sizing a ring when buying online can be tricky. We will exchange a ring for size up to two times. After a second size exchange, rings are no longer eligible for return. However, if you are concerned about getting the right size, we are glad to send a free ring sizer anytime before or after your purchase.
Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with the ring within the first 60 days, we are happy to offer a full refund of your purchase for any item returned in saleable condition.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any custom or personalized/engraved items, and shipping costs are not refundable.
Personalized items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Custom items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who, in our reasonable judgment, have abused our goodwill, including but not limited to misrepresentation of delivery, chargeback of payment, or attempts to commit fraud.
