Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Liam & Avery order.
If you’re not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for any reason up to 90 days from the date of purchase. We never charge any re-stocking fees or penalties for returns, and we pay for the shipping on all domestic returns. Read more about our return policies below.
In order to request a return, you will need your order number and email address. If you do not have these items, please contact us for assistance. If you created an account with us, you can access your order information by signing into your account.
If you have a defective item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us before submitting your return request.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer the option of a full refund or exchange for any item returned in salable condition for up to 90 days from the date of delivery. Items are considered to be salable if there are no signs of use, wear, or damage that prevent us from selling them as new.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all items. If you believe there is a quality issue with your item, it may be returned for a replacement at our expense provided you contact us prior to submitting a return request. Warranties are for the expected life of the item and do not cover normal wear and tear.
If you are requesting an exchange for a more expensive item, you will be responsible for the difference. For less expensive items, you will receive a refund or store credit for the difference.
Returns can take up to 5 business days to process once received, so if you have an urgent or special need, please contact us before submitting a return request.
Sorry, we do not accept exchanges or returns on any personalized/engraved items.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Lifetime Ring Size Exchange
Rings may be exchanged for a new size of the same design for as long as you own the ring. To qualify, the ring must be in a wearable condition consistent with the age of the item. If your design and/or desired size is no longer available, you may request a store credit up to the original purchase price. Learn more.
Some additional information you should know…
Most returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt but can take up to 10 business days. Refunds are posted to the original payment and generally take an additional 3 - 5 days to appear on your account.
Once Liam & Avery initiates a refund for your return, your credit card/debit card company determines the date the refund will post to your account. We have no control over this. Please contact your credit card/debit card company directly if your refund has not been received after five (5) business days.
Our return and exchange policies are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to modify this policy for customers whom we believe abuse it. Returns and exchanges are processed based on the current policies at the time a return authorization request is submitted, regardless of our policy at the time an order was placed.
