Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Liam & Avery purchase.

If you’re not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for any reason up to 60 days from the date of purchase.*

We never charge any re-stocking fees or penalties for returns, and we pay for the shipping on all domestic returns. Please read more about our return policies before submitting a return.

In order to request a return, you will need your order number and email address. If you do not have these items, please contact us for assistance. If you created an account with us, you can access your order information by signing into your account.

If you have a defective item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us before submitting your return request.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Liam & Avery, we offer a great selection of styles, durability, and quality and are proud to stand behind our products. We will do whatever it takes to make your experience a positive one.

We also offer a lifetime warranty on all items, so if you believe there is a quality issue with your item, we will provide you with a replacement at our expense.

We never charge any re-stocking fees or penalties for returns; all domestic return shipping is free. 

Exchanges

We offer unconditional exchanges for any reason for all items returned in salable condition. Items are considered to be in salable condition if they do not show signs of use or damage that prevent us from selling them as new. 

Lifetime Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are available for the lifetime of the ring. We realize your ring symbolizes your commitment for the long haul. But we also know we all change over time, and that perfect fit today may not be perfect forever, so we will be here for you when you need to swap your ring for a new size, up to two times. Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with the ring within the first 60 days, we are happy to offer a full refund of your purchase for any item returned in saleable condition. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any custom or personalized/engraved items, and shipping costs are not refundable.

Personalized items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Custom items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

Return and Exchange Processing

Most returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt but can take up to 10 business days. Refunds are posted to the original payment and generally take an additional 3 - 5 days to appear on your account.

Once Liam & Avery initiates a refund for your return, your credit card/debit card company determines the date the refund will post to your account. We have no control over this. Please contact your credit card/debit card company directly if your refund has not been received after five (5) business days.

Our return and exchange policies are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to modify this policy for customers whom we believe abuse it. Returns and exchanges are processed based on the current policies at the time a return authorization request is submitted, regardless of our policy at the time an order was placed.
