Buying and Shipping

Our main office is open for local pickup, but we do not offer in-store shopping at this time. However, we do offer local in-person product previews by appointment.

All orders are shipped from our Scottsdale, Arizona location.

It will depend on the item.

Most orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within one to two business days from being placed.

Custom orders and orders with engraving will take longer.

Some items are made when ordered and can take 1 - 3 weeks to ship.

We do provide estimated time-to-ship details on every item for your convenience.

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout, but most domestic orders will arrive within 1 - 7 business days.

If you need your ring by a deadline (e.g. your wedding/anniversary/etc. is a week away), please select overnight shipping.

You can also contact us and we will do our best to make sure you have your ring or jewelry delivered in time.

Yes, we do offer FREE custom engraving on select rings and jewelry pieces. When engraving is available, an engraving option will show on the product page.

Please allow 1 to 3 additional days for engraving.

We ship to the United States and Canada, plus any US territories and Military APO/FPO Boxes.

We believe in pricing our products fairly based on the quality of materials, fabrication processes, and value provided, but we do often offer discounts and special offers to our email subscribers and best customers.

We usually offer discounts or special gifts to first-time customers who subscribe to our email list or respond to an offer on social media.

Manufacturing

Yes, depending on the item.

We can offer custom finishes and gemstones on some styles. Items with customization options will show a customization icon.

When a custom item is requested, we provide a quote and invoice for the final amount that must be paid before the item is sent. Most customizations take around 1 to 4 weeks to ship and are non-refundable.

Most of our products are manufactured in the United States, although some materials, packaging and accessories are sourced internationally.

We aim to keep as much manufacturing as close to our warehouse as possible and only work with dependable and proven partners who share our commitment to responsible ethical, social, and environmental manufacturing and mining practices.

Our customer service, prototyping, design, marketing, IT development, and fulfillment are based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Materials

Yes. Our sterling silver alloys do contain a small amount of copper, which is generally not an allergen for most people.

Should you have a reaction to any of our products, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

We use only high-quality and genuine lab-grown stones, including diamonds, Moissanites, and other stones.

We clearly identify the stone used on every item so you know what you are getting.

We don't provide third-party grading certificates with our lab-grown diamonds. Diamond grading certificates create price variations where slight differences in color or clarity relate to significant price differences. We find these variations make it harder to offer consistent, reasonable pricing.

Instead, we provide detailed specifications for every diamond, including cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Our lab-grown diamonds come from reputable suppliers with consistent quality standards, and we inspect each stone before setting.

This approach lets us focus our investment on overall diamond quality and craftsmanship rather than certification costs, offering you better value while maintaining the transparency you expect.

No. While rhodium does help prevent tarnishing and offers a whiter appearance than traditional sterling silver, it will wear off over time and diminish the appearance. This is usually in within a year or two for regularly worn items. The item then needs to be re-plated, a process you will repeat for as long as you own the item. In other words, they don't age well.

Unlike rhodium-coated silver jewelry, all of our items can easily be polished at home to restore their luster, if needed.

For many of our rings and select jewelry items, we use our Signature Sterling Silver alloy that is brighter, and offers a higher tarnish resistance and durability than regular sterling silver. It has brilliant bright white appearance without the need for rhodium plating.

Our jewelry items made in our 925 sterling silver do require regular cleaning and polishing (which you can DIY) to maintain their appearance but they never require re-plating.

For most people, no. We use high-quality solid 925 sterling silver, and most customers never experience any discoloration issues.

Green discoloration typically happens when the copper in sterling silver reacts with moisture, acids, or certain skincare products. Factors like skin pH, frequency of wear, humidity, and what products you use can influence this.

For many of our rings, we use our Signature Sterling Silver alloy which contains only 2.8% copper (plus 4.7% precious metal), which is too little to cause oxidation or skin discoloration. Rings made with this alloy are best for prolonged wear, or if you tend to have an issue with green discoloration.

Regularly cleaning your jewelry with sterling silver polishing cloths will help prevent tarnish from building up and will reduce discoloration.

A common remedy for sterling silver oxidation is to coat the item in rhodium. However, we don't coat our silver with rhodium or other platings because these coatings wear off over time, often causing more skin reactions than uncoated sterling silver.

Sustainability

We use only certified recycled metals and certified conflict-free, lab-grown diamonds, Moissanites, and gemstones. We also contribute a portion of each sale to offset the carbon emissions of shipping the order.

All orders are shipped in cardboard boxes with 100% recycled paper filler.

Sizing

We glad to exchange your item for a new size within 60 days of delivery.

There are several techniques you can use to determine your ring size from home.

Please see our Ring Sizing Guide for detailed instructions.

However, we strongly recommend using a ring sizer to determine your size before you order. We will even send you a free ring gauge on request.

We generally recommend opting for a slightly larger size when you are not sure.

Warranties and Repairs

Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our jewelry. There are some exceptions to what we will cover. You can learn more on our warranty page.

Please note: We only warrant the product for the original purchaser/recipient based on the information provided with the order (order number, email address, name, or address).

We never charge any restocking fees or penalties for returns, regardless if you need to send your item back for an exchange, refund, or warranty claim.

We also pay for your return label if you are located in the United States.

At this time, we only sell to customers in the United States and Canada.
