We want you to have an enjoyable and predictable shopping experience. Based on your location, shipping preference, and products ordered, our shipping and processing times may vary.
All orders are shipped from our location in Scottsdale, Arizona.
GENERAL ORDER PROCESSING GUIDELINES
- Shipping times are based on the date the order is shipped.
- In-stock orders ship within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Some items are made when purchased and shipped within one business day of completion. Customized and engraved items require more time.
- Orders received after 1 PM (PST) may not be processed until the following business day.
- Overnight orders processed on Friday are not delivered until the following Monday.
- We cannot ship overnight to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to delays outside of our control.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and you may be subject to these fees when the shipment reaches your country. We DO NOT collect any international duties, taxes, or fees on your behalf.
- Please keep in mind, customs clearance procedures may cause delays to our shipping estimates.
- International shipping times can occasionally take up to several weeks depending on carrier and destination.
- We may choose to send your package by an alternate carrier at our discretion, at no additional cost, when in the best interest of the customer experience.
TRACKING YOUR PURCHASE
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking code. Items ordered together may not always ship together, although you will only be charged one shipping fee per order. If you have not received your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
CHANGING AN ORDER
We generally can accommodate order changes prior to shipment, however, once an order is processed by our fulfillment department it cannot be changed. However, you may return your unused item for full credit within 90 days. Please see our return policy and exchange policy for more information.
