Liam & Avery Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind our products and fully warrant against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If you are located in the United States, we will provide a shipping label for you at no charge.

Each product is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials at the time of delivery for the duration of the useful life of the product. “Useful life” is defined as the period during which the product can reasonably be expected to perform under normal use with proper care. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product. Under no circumstances do we grant any refunds after the 60-day return period as defined in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Upon inspection, if we determine your merchandise is defective as the result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we offer a store credit for the full original value of the defective product.

Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items purchased directly from Liam and Avery are covered by this policy. Our warranty only covers the original purchaser or recipient for the expected lifetime of the product. A warranty claim must be paired to an order in our system using two of the following criteria: order number, email address, recipient, and/or purchaser name. The returned item must match the item on the order to be eligible for a warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse or negligence, natural breakdown of finishes and materials over time, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, water damage, improper care, or product loss, including theft. Accidental damage is not covered.

Tarnishing is a natural process for sterling silver and is not considered a defect. Some items may include a tarnish-resistant finish, which can wear over time depending on care, skin chemistry, and environmental exposure.

Coated and plated items that have been engraved are not covered under this warranty for chipping, fading, or delamination resulting from the engraving process.

Products are not covered for damage due to water exposure. These items should be removed before swimming or other activities where the product is exposed to prolonged water submersion.

Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship and the natural characteristics of materials can be unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered part of the character of the item and are not considered a defect.

If we determine your item is not covered by our warranty, we will notify you with available options and/or return your item to you at our expense.

We reserve the right to void this warranty if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that the warranty has been misused or that a false or misleading claim of defect has been submitted. We may also void this warranty in cases involving payment disputes, including chargebacks, misrepresentation of purchase or delivery information, or other conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, constitutes abuse of this warranty program.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE (I) EACH ITEM IS PURCHASED “AS IS”; (II) YOUR PURCHASE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK; AND (III) WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

In no case shall any member, manager, employee, contractor, agent, distributor, supplier, or any other person actually or purporting to represent our products, by word or action, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your ownership, wear, or use of any product purchased from us, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase of any product, including any claim for personal injury or death.
